We do not issue refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us before leaving the salon. Adjustments may be made at no charge within 7 days of the original appointment, subject to our Salon Policies.
Product purchases may be exchanged within two weeks of purchase for an item of equal or greater value. No cash refunds on products.
