Everything you need to know before your visit. We've written these policies to protect your time, our team's time, and the experience of every guest in the salon.

Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice required · Card on file

A credit card is required to reserve any appointment. For some services, a booking fee may also be required.

48-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment. This ensures our stylists' time is not wasted for last-minute or no-show appointments.
Failure to follow our cancellation policy will result in a  50% charge  to your card on file.
We are closed Sunday and Monday. To change, schedule, or cancel an appointment the salon must be notified on our business days — Tuesday through Saturday.
Guests with more than 2 no-shows or late cancellations will be required to  pre-pay 100%  of their services to hold their reservation.
Stylists have the discretion to charge clients who consistently reschedule or cancel.
Day-of Cancellations

Any appointment cancelled the same day will be charged 100% of the estimated service fee. Any no-shows with no attempt to contact the salon are also subject to this charge.

We do understand emergencies happen and always take careful consideration of individual circumstances when applying this policy.
Showing up to your appointment and making changes to the service — such as removing a color service or altering the service day-of — will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
To avoid this, we recommend scheduling a  free consultation  before your appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time · 15-min grace period

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Guests arriving more than  15 minutes late  will be taken on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the stylist has time to accommodate them.
All clients  30 minutes late  will be counted as a no-show and subject to our Day-of Cancellation Policy.
Appointment Reminders

Our automated system will send text reminders to help you stay on top of your appointment.

A text reminder is sent  168 hours (7 days)  prior to your appointment.
A second confirmation text is sent  48 hours  before your appointment. Please confirm when prompted.
Child Policy
Relaxing atmosphere · Supervision required

We uphold a relaxing atmosphere for our guests so that they can take time to pamper themselves.

If you bring your child to your appointment, we ask that you  supervise them at all times.
Appointments that cannot be completed due to an unsupervised child may be subject to the Same-Day Cancellation Policy.
Refunds & Satisfaction
7-day adjustment window · No service refunds

We strive to make every guest happy at their visit. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make any adjustments needed.

Products may only be exchanged for a new product within a  two-week window  of purchase.
Tweaks and adjustments can be made at  no charge  within 7 days of your original appointment, as long as they are reasonable.
Adjustments do not apply to corrective colors or services that require multiple visits to achieve the end goal.
We do not issue refunds on any services. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.
Refusal of Service

We are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both our guests and our team.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to anyone demonstrating behavior that is verbally abusive or inappropriate toward any members of our staff or salon guests.
